• Assist senior agents in property showings, client meetings, and open houses.
• Conduct market research to identify property values, trends, and potential opportunities.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to property transactions, including contracts and agreements.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and maintaining regular communication.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Utilize company CRM software to manage client information, track leads, and update property listings.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid real estate license or in the process of getting license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in technology tools
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus

$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
