Responsibilities
- Graduate from our world class PLACE Agent Launch
- Execute our paint by number lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice with your team, either virtually or in person
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
You are a licensed or nearly licensed agent looking for a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Compensation
$60,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
