Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
- Utilize PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
- Guide buyers through the home-buying process, securing signed agreements and finding suitable properties.
- Negotiate offers on behalf of both sellers and buyers.
- Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
- Host a minimum of two open houses each month.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
- Participate in weekly script practice sessions as per team standards.
- Engage in team activities in accordance with team guidelines.
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
- Advise sellers, secure property listings, and market their homes.
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.
Qualifications
- Motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
- Skilled in building relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering customized solutions
- Experienced in lead generation and prospecting
- Innate ability to manage objections effectively
- Outstanding communicator committed to exceptional customer service
- Cooperative and team-oriented
- Licensed real estate agent
- More than 3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic about learning and development
- Exceptionally organized
- Willing to learn and apply scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
Compensation
$60,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
