• Successfully complete training as outlined by PLACE Launch.
• Consistently engage with potential clients using PLACE's lead generation tools.
• Assess and understand buyer needs to facilitate agreement signings.
• Serve as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
• Conduct eight open houses each month to maximize property exposure.
• Leverage lead generation systems to schedule client meetings.
• Regularly practice and refine sales techniques according to team guidelines.
• Actively participate in team events and initiatives.
• Attend all required coaching sessions, trainings, and partner discussions weekly.
• Provide sellers with expert advice on pricing, staging, and marketing strategies.
• Effectively market properties to potential buyers.
