• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on property values, trends, and competitive listings.
• Prepare and present detailed property listings, including high-quality photos and accurate descriptions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining compliance with legal standards.
• Coordinate property showings and open houses, providing potential buyers with comprehensive information and tours.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and local communities to generate leads and referrals.
• Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track progress, and follow up on leads efficiently.

• Valid Real Estate License in the state of New Jersey
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
• Proven track record of successful real estate transactions
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in CRM software and other real estate technology tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
