Responsibilities
What You’ll Actually Do
- Prospect, connect with buyers and sellers, and convert leads into clients
- Hold meaningful consultations (not salesy pitches)
- Show homes, write offers, and negotiate like a pro
- Track activity in our CRM (no sticky notes required)
- Host at least two open houses per month
- Participate in daily script practice, coaching, and team huddles
- Collaborate and share wins with the team
- Help sellers with pricing, staging, and listing strategies
- Invest in ongoing training and professional growth
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed in Virginia or North Carolina
- Self-motivated, competitive, and hungry—but not a lone wolf
- Coachable, communicative, and collaborative
- Excited to build a career, not just chase closings
- Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience preferred
- Strong negotiation, organization, and communication skills
- Open to learning scripts, dialogues, and proven systems
Compensation
$80,000 - $140,000 USD Yearly
