What You’ll Actually Do

• Prospect, connect with buyers and sellers, and convert leads into clients
• Hold meaningful consultations (not salesy pitches)
• Show homes, write offers, and negotiate like a pro
• Track activity in our CRM (no sticky notes required)
• Host at least two open houses per month
• Participate in daily script practice, coaching, and team huddles
• Collaborate and share wins with the team
• Help sellers with pricing, staging, and listing strategies
• Invest in ongoing training and professional growth

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed in Virginia or North Carolina
• Self-motivated, competitive, and hungry—but not a lone wolf
• Coachable, communicative, and collaborative
• Excited to build a career, not just chase closings
• Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience preferred
• Strong negotiation, organization, and communication skills
• Open to learning scripts, dialogues, and proven systems

$80,000 - $140,000 USD Yearly
