This role offers exceptional benefits for those who commit to our proven strategies and core activities. Typically, our most successful new agents close between 24 and 75 transactions in their first year, far surpassing the national average of 10 to 12 transactions after a decade in the industry!

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a good relationship with lenders, appraisers, home inspectors and escrow companies
  • Prepare necessary paperwork such as closing statements, deeds, contracts, purchase agreements and lease documents
  • Compile lists of real estate properties with details regarding their location, square footage and features
  • Promote sale of properties through open houses, engagement in multiple listing services and advertisements
  • Utilize a network of mortgage lenders, contractors and legal attorneys to whom you can refer clients
  • Evaluate clients’ financial abilities and research properties within their buying power
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients

Compensation

$100,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
