We offer comprehensive administrative support to manage everything from drafting contracts to finalizing closings. Our Lead Nurture Specialist will schedule appointments for you, enabling you to focus on what you excel at—meeting and assisting clients.

• Lead generate for 15 hours a week
• Conduct four open houses monthly
• Meet with clients from appointments set by our Lead Nurture Specialist
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
