Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Graduate from PLACE Launch training (our intensive career accelerator)
- Generate leads weekly using proven PLACE systems
- Work with buyers and sellers to guide, negotiate, and close deals
- Host 2 open houses per month
- Track all activities and pipeline progress in PLACE Technology
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, training, and script practice
- Actively participate in our team’s events and culture
- Build a business while staying in production and sharpening your skills
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- A valid Oregon Broker real estate license (required)
- 1+ years of real estate experience (preferred)
- Natural confidence in communication and negotiation
- Competitive spirit and hunger for growth
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Willingness to follow scripts, stay accountable, and keep learning
Compensation
$55,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
