Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch program
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes
- Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
- Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Host two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards
- Take part in team activities as per team guidelines
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
- Advise sellers, convert them to listings, and market their properties
- Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License in the state of Colorado.
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and neighborhoods.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in real estate software and technology tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Compensation
$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
