Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program
- Follow up on leads and opportunities provided by the team
- Consistently apply PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
- Guide buyers through the process, obtain signed agreements, and assist in identifying ideal properties
- Negotiate offers on behalf of both buyers and sellers
- Track and manage tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Conduct a minimum of two open houses each month
- Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into confirmed appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards
- Engage actively in team events and activities as outlined by team protocols
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Counsel sellers, secure property listings, and execute effective marketing plans
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and other essential listing services
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for sales with a strong competitive spirit
- Proficient in building relationships, identifying client requirements, and delivering effective solutions
- Experienced in lead generation and prospecting techniques
- Skilled in overcoming objections with ease
- Excellent communication abilities paired with a commitment to exceptional client service
- Cooperative and supportive team player
- Must hold an active Colorado real estate license
- At least one year of experience in real estate sales
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Motivated to learn continuously and driven by personal and professional growth
- Highly detail-oriented and well-organized
- Willingness to adopt and practice scripts and dialogue techniques
- Superior time management and organizational skills
Compensation
$60,000 - $119,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
