Compensation is entirely performance-based.
Responsibilities
Client Services
- Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients
Marketing & Prospecting
- Market listings through MLS, social media, flyers, and other platforms
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals
- Create and implement lead generation strategies
- Host events or seminars to attract potential clients
Administrative Duties
- Prepare and review real estate documents (contracts, disclosures, agreements)
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and escrow companies
- Maintain organized records of transactions, contacts, and communications
- Use CRM systems to manage leads and client follow-ups
Market Knowledge
- Stay informed on local real estate market trends and property values
- Conduct comparative market analyses (CMAs)
- Keep current with zoning laws, financing options, and industry regulations
Compliance & Ethics
- Ensure all activities comply with local, state, and federal laws
- Uphold professional ethics and standards as required by licensing boards
Qualifications
Qualifications – Licensed Real Estate Agent
- Active New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson License
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market, contracts, and compliance
- Proven ability to manage transactions and client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or on a team
- Proficiency with CRM systems and real estate technology tools
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining high ethical standards
Qualifications – Non-Licensed (Aspiring) Real Estate Agent
- Interest in building a career in real estate with a high-performing team
- Willingness to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (support and guidance provided)
- Strong work ethic, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Coachable, driven, and eager to learn industry best practices
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Passion for helping people and providing value in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
$75,000 - $149,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
