Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties in the Washington D.C. area.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings.
- Provide expert guidance on market conditions, prices, and mortgages to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
- Prepare and review necessary documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements.
- Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Washington D.C.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role
- Strong knowledge of the Washington D.C. real estate market and local neighborhoods
- Proven track record of successful property transactions and client satisfaction
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred but not required
Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
