Primary Goal:

Drive business expansion and enhance brand recognition by overseeing daily social media operations, securing 20 qualified client leads and 10 agent inquiries each month, while delivering outstanding executive support to optimize overall operational efficiency.

• Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in residential real estate transactions

✅ Job Qualifications:

• Active Virginia Real Estate License (or currently in the process of obtaining one)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills with a client-first approach
• Familiarity with the local real estate market and current trends in the Virginia region
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and within a team
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and client care
• Proficiency with real estate tools and technology (CRM systems, MLS, digital contracts, etc.)
• Reliable transportation and the flexibility to travel within the area for showings and appointments
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple clients and deadlines
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed
• Commitment to personal and professional growth through ongoing learning and development

$70,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly
