Responsibilities
- Guide buyers through the process, secure signed agreements, and support them in choosing homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of both buyers and sellers
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records of activities using commentary CRM
- Submit all required documentation promptly to the office
- Convert lead generation efforts into confirmed client appointments
- Engage actively in webinars and professional development sessions
- Collaborate with sellers to secure listings and market properties effectively
- Offer expert advice on pricing, staging, and other essential listing services
- Organize and conduct monthly open house events
- Allocate weekly hours to prospecting and cultivating new client leads
Qualifications
You’re a licensed real estate professional with over 3 years of sales experience who takes pride in delivering results with integrity and professionalism. You build genuine connections through kindness, clear communication, and a deep understanding of client needs. With strong written and verbal communication skills, you’re able to provide tailored guidance throughout the buying or selling process. Organized and focused, you manage your time well and are always looking for ways to improve your craft. You approach your work with a growth mindset—welcoming feedback, staying open to learning, and continually sharpening your skills. Consistently closing six or more transactions a year, you’re driven by a passion for real estate and a commitment to excellence in every client interaction.

- Licensed real estate professional with 3+ years of sales experience
- Consistently closes 6+ transactions per year

Compensation
$65,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
