Responsibilities
As a member of our team, you’ll follow a clear path designed to help you build a thriving, sustainable real estate career. Each step is purposeful and proven to get you closer to your personal and financial goals:
- Graduate from PLACE Launch – Start with a structured onboarding program that sets you up for immediate success.
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly – Gain consistent opportunities with proven lead generation strategies.
- Consult with buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify homes – Build trust and create loyal clients who rely on your expertise.
- Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers – Sharpen your skills and deliver results that win deals.
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology – Stay organized and efficient with streamlined systems that save time.
- Host two open houses monthly – Grow your presence, meet new clients, and increase your pipeline.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments – Turn your efforts into measurable business results.
- Participate in weekly script practice – Master conversations that lead to more conversions and stronger client relationships.
- Engage in team activities – Surround yourself with driven professionals who push you to grow.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings, and Partner Call – Receive personalized guidance and ongoing development to reach your next level.
- Consult with sellers, convert listings, and market homes effectively – Build a strong listing business and increase your market presence.
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services – Deliver top-tier service that sets you apart and drives referrals.
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation
$65,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
