Responsibilities

  • Facilitate client transactions in purchasing, selling, and leasing properties, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.
  • Perform market analysis to remain informed about current real estate trends and property valuations in the Trussville region.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive property listings, complete with photographs and detailed descriptions, to attract prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, securing advantageous terms and conditions.
  • Organize property viewings and open houses, providing potential buyers with thorough information and insights.
  • Cultivate a robust network of industry professionals, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Remain informed on local zoning regulations, financing options, and other factors impacting the real estate market.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License in the state of Alabama.
  • Demonstrated experience in the role of a Real Estate Agent or a comparable position.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market and property trends.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Customer-centric approach with a dedication to providing superior service.
  • Aptitude for establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Readiness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Compensation

$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
