• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on property values, market trends, and competitive listings.
• Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers and negotiate on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms.
• Coordinate property showings and open houses, providing potential buyers with detailed information and insights.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including mortgage lenders, contractors, and other real estate professionals.
• Utilize marketing strategies to promote properties through various channels, including online listings and social media.
• Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

• Active Alabama Real Estate License.
• Experience in real estate or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of local market trends.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Skilled in real estate software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented with a focus on quality service.

$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
