We are looking for a highly skilled and energetic Experienced Real Estate Agent to become part of our team. The perfect candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the real estate market, exceptional negotiation abilities, and a history of successful property deals. In this role, you will guide clients through the processes of buying, selling, and renting properties, offering expert guidance and ensuring seamless transactions. This position demands someone who can operate independently, handle multiple clients, and close deals effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and renters.
  • Property Listings: Develop, and present property listings through various channels
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to assess property values, trends, and pricing strategies. Provide insights on current market conditions and forecast future trends.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best deal for your client while managing expectations and addressing concerns.
  • Client Advisory: Offer expert advice to clients regarding property purchasing, investment opportunities, and financing options
  • Compliance: Ensure all real estate activities comply with local, state, and national laws, including licensing requirements and fair housing regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a successful Real Estate Agent (3+ years preferred)
  • A valid real estate license
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in real estate software, CRM tools, and marketing platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules

Compensation

$100,000 - $199,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
