Responsibilities

  • Implement and excel in PLACE lead generation systems to connect with clients and unlock opportunities.
  • Graduate from Agent Launch
  • Engage in comprehensive consultations with buyers, utilizing your expertise to guide them through the process, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify homes that perfectly match their needs and preferences.
  • Showcase your negotiation skills as you advocate for your clients, skillfully negotiating offers on their behalf to ensure the best outcomes for both sellers and buyers.
  • Maintain efficient organization by diligently tracking tasks and activities using the advanced PLACE Technology, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and allowing you to stay on top of your game.
  • Host at least two monthly open houses, utilizing your captivating presence and market knowledge to attract potential buyers and create an inviting and informative experience.
  • Successfully convert prospecting and lead generation activities into valuable appointments, leveraging your exceptional communication and persuasion skills to secure promising opportunities.
  • Elevate your sales techniques and refine your communication style by actively participating in weekly script practice sessions, aligning with team standards to improve your performance continually.
  • Foster a sense of camaraderie and collaboration by engaging in team activities that promote synergy, team spirit, and a supportive work environment in line with team standards.
  • Embrace a continuous growth mindset by committing to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, attending valuable training sessions, and actively participating in Partner Calls to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Provide expert consultation to sellers, skillfully converting them into listings and implementing effective marketing strategies to showcase and promote their homes. Demonstrate proficiency in pricing strategies, staging techniques, and other listing-related services to maximize results.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

$145,000 - $180,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
