Responsibilities
- Lead Generation – Dedicate 4 hours a day to finding clients in ways that work for you (cold calling, open houses, social media, sphere, etc.)
- Training – Join regular team trainings and stay sharp with outside industry sessions.
- Meet With Clients – Run buyer and seller consults, show homes, attend inspections, and more.
- Handle Contracts – Represent your clients and manage deals from start to close.
- Stay Accountable – Meet 1-on-1 with leadership every other week to track goals and keep growing.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Real Estate License with TREC.
- Self-motivated and ready to take ownership of your success.
- Goal-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Coachable, consistent, and committed to growth.
Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
