Responsibilities

  • Dedicate 15 hours weekly to lead generation to maintain a steady flow of prospective clients.
  • Conduct at least two open houses each month to boost property exposure and attract serious buyers.
  • Meet with buyers to understand their needs, obtain signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties.
  • Advocate for clients by negotiating offers and ensuring their interests are protected throughout the process.
  • Utilize Command to log activities and efficiently manage your client pipeline.
  • Follow up consistently to transform leads into scheduled appointments.
  • Engage in weekly script rehearsals and professional development sessions to enhance your skills.
  • Take part in team meetings and training programs designed to support your growth and sales targets.
  • Work closely with sellers to secure listings and execute strategic marketing plans.
  • Advise clients on pricing strategies, staging, and listing preparations to maximize property value.

Compensation

$75,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
