Responsibilities
As an Independent Contractor Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Roseville, you will operate your own real estate business while leveraging Keller Williams’ proven systems, training, technology, and collaborative culture. This role is ideal for self-motivated professionals who want to grow a scalable, client-focused business with the support of industry-leading tools—without sacrificing independence.

Responsibilities
- Operate as an independent contractor and manage your own real estate business
- Commit 15+ hours per week to lead generation and prospecting
- Host 2 open houses per month
- Consult with buyers and secure signed buyer representation agreements
- Consult with sellers on pricing, staging, and listing strategies
- Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers
- Convert leads and prospecting activities into appointments and clients
- Track activities using a no-cost CRM provided by Keller Williams
- Participate in weekly training, script practice, and team collaboration

Compensation
$54,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
