• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings to potential buyers and renters.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored real estate solutions.
• Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and ensure all documentation complies with legal and company standards.
• Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide accurate advice to clients.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth and timely transactions.

• Valid real estate license in the state of Texas
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends in Rockwall and surrounding areas
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
