We are building a results-oriented, culture-focused real estate group in Central Virginia and are looking for individuals eager to join a proven system, receive outstanding support, and grow not only their business but also their wealth and lifestyle—not just their transaction count.
Responsibilities
Our ideal team agent is already licensed and living in the Greater Richmond area. They’re no rookie—they’ve been in the trenches and have a clear understanding of what it takes to serve clients at a high level. But they’re also self-aware enough to know they can’t do it all alone. They’ve likely experienced the frustration of working without enough support or in a culture that didn’t feel right. They crave a flexible but structured environment, with systems and smart leadership.
They respond quickly to clients, work independently without needing hand-holding, and collaborate with team members to move deals forward. They want to be part of something bigger than themselves.
They’re the kind of agent who will work evenings and weekends for their clients but want their mornings prioritized for lead generation, growth activities, and strategic planning. They get excited and jazzed up about high-level conversations around business, investing, wealth building, and the market.
Qualifications
This person is deeply motivated by progress — they want to see their efforts turn into income, impact, and a better quality of life. They’re tired of feeling stuck and are ready for aligned leadership, better systems, and consistent opportunities. They want to build wealth, not just survive another commission cycle.
What they really want is to feel supported and seen. They want strategic guidance, a team that “gets it,” and a platform that gives them the leverage and freedom to go further, faster.
This person is coachable, learning-based, and aligned with a strong mission. They value clarity, feedback, and accountability—and they’re willing to be held to high standards. But like many agents, they may need a mindset shift from “employee” to “owner.” They may worry about commission splits without fully seeing the bigger picture of net income and quality of life. We help them see the forest—not just the trees.

Compensation
$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
