Responsibilities
- Prospect and Convert Leads Daily
Use company-provided tools like Zillow Flex, Brivity, and open house systems to actively engage new leads, follow up consistently, and convert prospects into loyal clients. This is the heartbeat of your business pipeline. - Conduct Buyer and Listing Consultations
Educate clients on the buying/selling process, set expectations, and guide them with confidence and clarity. These consultations are key to building trust and creating smooth transactions from day one. - Tour and Show Properties with Purpose
Schedule and attend home showings that align with client needs. Use your expertise to highlight features, answer objections, and position each property as a potential fit—driving client satisfaction and speeding up the sale process. - Negotiate Contracts and Manage Deadlines
Work hand-in-hand with our transaction coordination team to negotiate strong deals, write offers, and oversee timelines. This ensures your clients are protected, and your deals close on time—every time. - Maintain and Grow Your Database
Regularly add new contacts and follow up with past clients and sphere of influence. A healthy database equals consistent referrals and long-term success. - Collaborate on Marketing and Open Houses
Participate in co-marketing efforts with our in-house creative team. Host open houses, create video content, and leverage branding to build visibility, gain traction, and attract both buyers and sellers. - Engage in Weekly Team Trainings and Accountability Meetings

Qualifications
- Active Texas Real Estate License (Required)
You must hold an active Texas real estate license to represent clients, write offers, and access MLS systems through HAR and Matrix. - 1+ Year of Real Estate Experience (Preferred but not Required)
Some experience is ideal, but we’re willing to train motivated individuals. Proven sales skills and a strong desire to grow are what matter most. - Proficiency in Real Estate Platforms
Familiarity with tools like HAR, Matrix MLS, Brivity CRM, Transaction Desk, and Skyslope is a plus. We provide tech training—but agents who learn quickly and embrace systems will accelerate faster. - Exceptional Communication and Follow-Up Skills
This role is client-facing. You must be confident in handling conversations, negotiating deals, and providing consistent updates that build trust and clarity. - Reliable Transportation and Flexibility
Real estate doesn’t follow a 9–5 schedule. You’ll need a dependable vehicle and the ability to attend showings, open houses, and client meetings as needed. - Self-Starter with a Team Player Mindset
You must be driven, disciplined, and growth-focused—but also open to collaboration, feedback, and helping others win. We thrive together. - Coachability and Commitment to Excellence

Compensation
$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
