Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their real estate goals and preferences.
- Perform in-depth market research to identify attractive properties and track market trends.
- Support clients during negotiations to secure the best possible deals.
- Develop and deliver detailed property listings and comprehensive market analysis reports.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest real estate laws and regulatory changes.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and proficient time management.
- Possession of a valid real estate license is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation
$50,000 - $99,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
