Responsibilities

  • 🤝 Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive increased sales
  • 🔍 Actively pursue new business by diligently following up on leads in your pipeline to boost sales growth
  • 📞 Regularly engage and nurture leads to expand sales opportunities
  • 🏘️ Stay informed about local market trends and community details to confidently address client inquiries
  • 📅 Schedule appointments for various types of leads
  • 📝 Prepare thoroughly for client meetings
  • 🏡 Consult with clients to understand their home preferences and successfully match them with suitable properties
  • 🤝 Skillfully negotiate and manage contract discussions on behalf of clients
  • 🏠 Organize and host Open Houses to showcase properties
  • 💼 Secure optimal deals by negotiating contracts with cooperating agents

Qualifications

You are a motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service. 

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Great communication and social skills
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Technology driven
  • Valid state license required to join the team (but not to apply!)

Compensation

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
