• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each property.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for clients while adhering to legal requirements.
• Market properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and open houses, to attract potential buyers and renters.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and zoning laws to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, other real estate agents, and industry professionals to expand your network and business opportunities.

• Valid Real Estate License in the state of New York.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with real estate CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
