Responsibilities

  • Complete new-agent foundation training
    Learn the fundamentals with scripts, coaching, and shadowing so you launch correctly.
  • Follow a consistent lead generation schedule
    Build early pipeline using our call, event, and open house systems.
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations with guidance
    Develop confidence in client conversations with supervision and team support.
  • Host in-person open houses and outreach events
    Meet prospects face-to-face and practice client engagement.
  • Use the team’s technology and checklists
    Work inside our CRM, task plans, and workflows to stay organized and accountable.
  • Participate in weekly coaching & team sessions
    Attend training, practice scripts, and stay plugged into the team’s operating rhythm.
  • Assist in writing and negotiating offers
    Learn contracts and negotiation strategy alongside experienced agents.

Qualifications

  • Newly licensed agent or within first year of licensure
  • Positive, coachable, and motivated to learn fast
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and prospecting for business
  • Reliable, organized, and able to follow structure
  • Growth-minded and willing to be held accountable
  • Collaborative and eager to be part of a team environment
  • Serious about building a real estate career — not just testing the waters

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
