Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
  • Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers and renters, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions are achieved.
  • Coordinate property showings and open houses, ensuring properties are presented in the best possible light.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals to expand the network and generate referrals.
  • Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients.

Qualifications

  • Valid Real Estate License in the state of Oregon.
  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in technology and software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Compensation

$55,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
