Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each property.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for clients while adhering to legal requirements.
  • Market properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and open houses.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and relevant legislation to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, other real estate agents, and industry professionals to expand your network and business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Valid Real Estate License in the state of Alabama
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in real estate sales or related field
  • Proven track record of successful property sales
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market and trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and other real estate technology tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Compensation

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
