• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their needs and preferences
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings
• Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate the closing process
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and financing options
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals
• Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and company policies throughout transactions

• Valid real estate license in the state of Kentucky
• Minimum of 2 years experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends in Georgetown and surrounding areas
