Responsibilities

  • Execute consistent lead generation
    Use our prospecting systems weekly to build pipeline and create predictable appointments.
  • Consult and convert buyers and sellers
    Build rapport, sign agency agreements, and guide clients through the full real estate process.
  • Negotiate contracts to protect client interests
    Write, present, and negotiate offers to secure optimal terms for both buyers and sellers.
  • Conduct open houses and prospecting events
    Host a minimum of two open houses monthly to attract new clients and generate leads.
  • Use team technology and tracking systems
    Log activities, follow checklists, and work within our tools to create consistency and accountability.
  • Participate in coaching, training, and team rhythm
    Attend weekly training, script practice, 1:1 coaching, and team meetings to sharpen skills and stay on pace.
  • Demonstrate market and pricing expertise
    Advise clients on market conditions, staging, pricing, and listing strategies to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Licensed real estate professional (or actively pursuing licensure)
  • 2–3+ years of sales or agency experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Competitive, self-driven, and internally motivated
  • Comfortable with prospecting, follow-up, and objection handling
  • Organized, systems-minded, and coachable
  • Willing to follow scripts, training, and accountability standards
  • Growth-minded and eager to operate within a team environment

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
