The problem we have is that most people simply aren’t willing to do the work. Mastery takes time - 10,000 hours to be exact. Many agents get into this business and expect it to be like the Netflix real estate shows Million Dollar Listing or Selling Sunset. They assume in just a few days they'll be showing luxury homes. It’s not. If that’s why you’re considering getting into real estate, then we aren’t the team for you.

We’re looking for leaders who are hungry and driven. Leaders who are willing to commit 40 hours a week to building an uncapped real estate career. We want to work with people who want to make a difference in other people’s lives. MUST HAVE A MN REAL ESTATE LICENSE. This is a full time, commission based position.

• Execute lead generation levers weekly 
• Conduct open houses 
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments

• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to Productivity Meetings and Coaching Sessions, Power Ups and Partner Calls
• Consult with buyers, delivering the dream of home ownership as their real estate wealth advisor
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Negotiate offers and help clients achieve their real estate goals

MN Real Estate License (REQUIRED)

Sales: 1+ year (Preferred)

Real Estate: 1+ year (Preferred)

$75,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
