Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties that align with clients' requirements and preferences.
  • Assist clients in pricing their properties competitively and effectively marketing them to attract potential buyers.
  • Guide clients through the negotiation and contract process, ensuring their interests are represented and protected.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, new regulations, and industry best practices to provide clients with accurate and reliable information.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, attorneys, and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Continuously prospect for new leads and expand your network to generate a consistent pipeline of clients.
  • Attend training sessions, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Valid real estate license in Illinois
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
  • Familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$55,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
