Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch program and integrate all associated systems, models, and standards into your daily operations.
- Consistently utilize PLACE lead generation systems each week to expand and convert your client database.
- Work closely with buyers to understand their needs, obtain signed agreements, and support them throughout the purchasing journey.
- Collaborate with sellers to secure listings and apply strategic marketing, pricing, and negotiation techniques.
- Represent clients effectively by negotiating offers to achieve outstanding results.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and transactions using PLACE Technology.
- Conduct a minimum of two open houses monthly to attract potential clients and grow your network.
- Transform all prospecting and lead generation efforts into qualified appointments.
- Engage in weekly script and skill practice sessions to enhance your communication and conversion abilities.
- Actively participate in team meetings, accountability check-ins, and company events in line with team expectations.
- Dedicate yourself to continuous development through weekly one-on-one coaching, team training sessions, and Partner Calls.
- Utilize PLACE’s tools and systems to increase your production and build your team, emphasizing leadership and revenue expansion.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success as a driven and growth-oriented real estate professional with a solid history in sales and client relations.
- Possess a competitive, entrepreneurial mindset and excel in environments that emphasize high performance and accountability.
- Skilled at cultivating relationships, accurately assessing client needs, and providing customized solutions.
- Expertise in prospecting, lead generation, and converting opportunities into sales.
- A confident, professional communicator who prioritizes exceptional client service.
- Collaborative team player who values training, coaching, and working together to achieve accelerated outcomes.
- Hold an active real estate license with at least 3 years of experience in residential property sales.
- Exceptionally organized and disciplined, adept at juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Committed to continuous learning and open to adopting established systems, models, scripts, and communication techniques.
- Strong time management abilities focused on driving results, fostering growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Compensation
$61,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
