Responsibilities

  • Graduate from Fulcrum / PLACE Launch
  • Execute lead generation systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct four open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing related services

Qualifications

As a licensed real estate professional, you are intrinsically motivated and possess a competitive spirit. You have excellent skills in building rapport, listening to the needs of clients, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths, and you can easily overcome objections. You are a team player with strong written and verbal communication skills. You are committed to learning and growth, organized, and have excellent time management skills. You have a willingness to learn scripts and dialogues and are always open to new opportunities for professional development.Excellent time management skills

Compensation

$100 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
