Responsibilities

  • Complete the PLACE Launch program to build a strong professional base
  • Consistently utilize PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly schedule
  • Guide buyers through the process, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in finding ideal homes
  • Collaborate with top master negotiators in Ann Arbor to sharpen negotiation skills for both sellers and buyers, maximizing outcomes and income potential
  • Keep detailed records of all activities and tasks using PLACE Technology
  • Conduct a minimum of two open houses each month to showcase properties
  • Transform lead generation and prospecting efforts into scheduled client appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice to enhance communication skills in line with team expectations
  • Actively participate in team meetings and collaborative projects as required
  • Dedicate time weekly to one-on-one coaching, ongoing training, and Partner Calls for continuous development
  • Work closely with sellers to obtain listings and execute strategic marketing plans to attract prospective buyers
  • Apply expertise in pricing, staging, and other listing services to optimize property appeal and value

Compensation

$76,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
