What You’ll Do:

• Convert team-provided leads into signed clients
• Master the sales skills needed to win every listing appointment
• Use our CRM for lead management and follow-up automation
• Work FSBOs and expired listings with proven scripts
• Attend daily coaching and training sessions
• Host events and monthly First-Time Home Buyer classes

• Articulate and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with a genuine commitment to client satisfaction
• Collaborative team player
• Possession of a valid real estate license
• Minimum of three years’ experience in real estate sales
• Committed to continuous professional development and learning
• Highly organized with excellent time management capabilities
• Willingness to adopt and refine scripted dialogues and communication strategies

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
