• Prospecting using PLACE lead generation “to convert to appointments weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Commit to weekly coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Participate in weekly script practice
• Participate in team activities 

• Licensed real estate professional in Texas
• Learning based, growth-minded
• Proven track record of selling at least $4M in annual closed volume

$200,000 - $500,000 USD Yearly
