Experience is a plus but not required; mindset, effort, and coachability are essential.
Responsibilities
- Serve buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Salt Lake area, using the team’s systems, checklists, and marketing to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations, showings, pricing, and offer strategies, negotiations, and guide clients from first contact through closing.
- Consistently lead generate (database, online leads, open houses, community outreach), follow up with opportunities, and manage your pipeline in the team CRM.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings to sharpen skills in contracts, negotiation, objection handling, and market expertise.
- Represent the team’s standards of professionalism, ethics, communication, and client care in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Active Utah real estate license (or currently enrolled in real estate school and planning to obtain a license soon).
- Full-time commitment to building a real estate career.
- Strong work ethic, persistence, and willingness to prospect consistently.
- Coachable, humble, and open to systems, coaching, and feedback.
- Reliable transportation, smartphone, and comfort with technology and CRM tools
Compensation
$100,000 - $199,999 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
