• Lead generate to build pipeline and database
• Consistently follow-up with pipeline and database
• Show houses
• Take listings
• Negotiate contracts

Qualifications and Skills

• Active real estate license in California OR in schooling studying towards a real estate license.  
• Enthusiasm for real estate and a strong desire to succeed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to industry best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

$111,250 - $167,800 USD Yearly
