As a Licensed Real Estate Agent on the Premier Home Team, you will:

• Receive training and mentoring through PLACE Agent Launch, coaching sessions, and team training.
• Utilize PLACE systems and technology to guide clients through the buying or selling process.
• Convert leads into appointments using proven skills.
• Provide exceptional customer service with cutting-edge technology.
• Host 4 Open Houses monthly.
• Delegate 80% of transaction management tasks to our in-house Success Team.
• Have opportunities for growth within a top-performing team.
