As a Real Estate Agent, your daily activities will include generating new leads, hosting open houses, assisting buyers and sellers, and expanding your local network—all while supported by a dedicated team ready to assist you at every turn. With proven systems, effective tools, and built-in accountability, you’ll cultivate the habits, confidence, and expertise necessary to become a top-performing agent.

Responsibilities

  • Complete the PLACE Launch training program
  • Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
  • Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
  • Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Host a minimum of two open houses each month
  • Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
  • Actively participate in team meetings and activities following team standards
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Work closely with sellers to secure listings and effectively market their properties
  • Provide expert guidance on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services

Qualifications

  • Newly licensed or within your first year of real estate experience
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Coachable and open to mentorship and feedback
  • Comfortable with lead generation, follow-up, and technology
  • Organized and consistent with time management
  • Team-oriented with a positive, service-minded attitude
  • Committed to practicing scripts, attending training, and following proven models

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
