Responsibilities

Graduate from our Agent Launch - If you show up, we show up!

We have a dialed in 86 day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today's market as well as connect you with agents across the United States & Canada that will be going through training WITH you!

The average agent closes (or pending) 3.4 transactions during this time, seasoned agent is 9.3.

  • Work with buyers to find them the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted!

Who doesn't love to look at houses all day? :) Be a student of the game while you master our proven buyer's presentation & offer system.

  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria

We have a great training plan that involves great communication & when the agent gets their buyer's offer accepted, we all win!

  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients

Nothing better than in-person training to learn the ins and outs of Real Estate!

  • Work with sellers to go on listing appointments, convert and market the home.

We have an amazing listing presentation, teach you how to be a local expert, market the properties, and help your sellers net top dollar.

  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week, make appointments & convert

This is ONLY the team for you if you plan to show up and work hard. We will give you all the scripts and training so you know exactly what to say/do each day!

  • Conduct three open houses monthly

Host 3 open houses monthly, taking a weekend off each month for work/life balance. We have great training around this.

  • Participate in team activities per team standards

We have a great work ethic on our team and we all show up 3 or more days a week to the office. All of our agents are full time. We do client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking and social media. You get to do all this with us!

  • Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching, Training and Partner Call

We treat this job as a career and not a hobby. We can show you a weekly calendar so you know what is expected of you.

  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

We have an amazing data entry system for you to track all your calls/appointments.

Qualifications

You are a motivated Realtor, hungry for success and willing to learn. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones! Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator. You have a desire to grow both personally & professionally. You want to give back to your community & make an impact.

Compensation

$80,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
