• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 

Sales/Showing Assistant

• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Facilitate Communication & Documentation between team TC and agent, if needed
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Tracking activities using PLACE Technology
• Showing Property (licensed)

Property Management Assistant

• Move-in/Move-Out Inspections
• Copying Keys & Creating an Organized Key System
• Installing Lockboxes
• Quarterly Property Inspections with PM
• Miscellaneous Office Tasks

Compensation - Negotiable/Discuss with Primary Agent

$100 - $55,000 USD Yearly
