Responsibilities
- Attract and hire sales talent to the Spinelli Residential Group
- Coach all sales agents
- Ensure that sales professionals are capitalizing on database capabilities and leads
- Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
- Oversee negotiations for all contracts of sales agents
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Partner Call and leadership training
- Continue to grow as a real estate sales professional through prospecting and consulting with clients
Qualifications
You are a natural leader with a strong track record of success in real estate sales. Your passion is helping others achieve their goals through coaching and mentoring.
- Accountability-based leadership driving people to achieve goals
- Able to build and lead a team
- Excellent at building rapport
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Learning based
- Real estate license
- 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
- 3+ years of industry and sales experience required
Compensation
$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
