Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and build and maintain relationships with clients
• Show properties to potential buyers
• Advise clients on market conditions and property values
• Negotiate contracts and manage all aspects of the real estate transaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends
• Use marketing tools to create connections and match buyers and sellers with properties

Qualifications:

• Active real estate license or desire to obtain one. Must have license to begin working.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Proven track record of successful sales and client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
