• Participate in Team New Agent Launch to internalize lead generation and prospecting scripts 
• Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
• Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
• Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
• Manage database and productivity reports
• Commit to skill development through education and script practice 
• Become a real estate local expert 
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track activities and clients in team Technology
